i found the two swimming pools to be a true highlight , with very beautiful views from both locations. the fitness center had adequate equipment , including treadmills and stationary bikes. the staff consistently demonstrated helpfulness , addressing my needs promptly. the hotel's location proved quite convenient with several stores located nearby.

the hotel decor felt a little dated , but the cleanliness and service more than compensated.

I left my large bags with the hotel while i visited chiang mai and i appreciated that very much. i came back for a six night stay and it did not disappoint. my room was another great room, enough bedrooms for family with teenage boys. It was super. staff were very helpful .

i found that the rooms were a bit dusty.

I thought the gym had great air conditioning. there were also two pools. A quieter one, and one with a bar. the bed was comfortable, and the bedding was SO soft. the room was spacious, and the air conditioning was great! i always had hot water, and i got cleaner and new towels every day.

the hotel is massive, including different towers, it definitely takes a long time to walk to my room from reception.

the hotel showcased excellent size i admit i initially lost my way on the first day the two pools offered refreshing escapes plus there was a lovely bar by one pool a cafe and a restaurant. my family and i particularly valued leaving our bags while we visited chiang mai it added such peace of mind. the staff were also consistently helpful during the whole stay.

some of the furniture showed slight wear it was a very minor point.

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at the pool restaurant. The service was attentive. our room was quiet, a welcome escape after a day of exploring. the beds were super soft. I sank right in. the views from the room were lovely. there was no noise. the atmosphere was calm.

the hotel is located in a wholesale garment area, it's true! this wasn't a problem, but something to note.
